Custom Printed Lunch Boxes for Malaysian F&B Brands
A paper lunch box (kotak makanan, 午餐盒) is the workhorse of any takeaway or delivery operation. We produce them for cafes, cloud kitchens, caterers, corporate canteens and meal-prep subscription brands across Malaysia, anywhere hot food has to travel and still look presentable when the lid comes off.
Boxes are made from food-safe paper board with a choice of white card, kraft or art card. Grease resistance and board weight are matched to what you are packing, because a dry rice set needs less than a saucy curry. Finishing options include gloss or matt lamination for a cleaner wipe-down surface, and we can produce plain stock boxes or full CMYK custom printing carrying your logo, menu artwork and nutrition panel.
Minimum order is 2,000 pcs. Printed boxes take 7 to 10 working days from the moment your artwork is approved, and plain stock moves faster. Every order includes a free design consultation, so send us a sketch, a competitor box, or nothing at all and our team will work out the dieline with you, plus a physical sample before the full run. We print and finish on our own machinery at our Seri Kembangan factory in Selangor and deliver nationwide.

What is the minimum order for custom lunch boxes?
Our MOQ is 2,000 pieces per design. That applies whether you want a single size or a printed set.
How long does production take?
7 to 10 working days for printed boxes, counted from artwork approval rather than from the order date. Plain unprinted stock is quicker at 3 to 5 working days.
Can you help if I do not have artwork ready?
Yes. Design consultation is free. Send us your logo and a rough idea of what you want and we will produce a print-ready dieline for your approval.
Are the boxes safe for hot food?
Yes. We use food-safe board and match the grade and coating to the food you are packing. Tell us whether it is dry, oily or saucy and we will recommend the right spec.
