Custom Printed Gadget and Electronics Boxes
A gadget box (kotak gajet, 电子产品盒) has to do two things at once: protect something with a real unit cost through distribution, and make the unboxing feel worth the price. We produce them for consumer electronics brands, phone and laptop accessory ranges, audio products, smart home devices and tech gift sets across Malaysia.
Cartons are made from ISO-certified materials in rigid or heavy-board constructions, with foam, moulded pulp or die-cut card inserts available to hold the device and its cables in position. Matt lamination is the common choice for a premium tech feel, and spot finishing can be added to pick out a logo. Full CMYK custom printing is standard, and we produce tuck-end, sealed-end and lift-off lid constructions.
Minimum order is 2,000 pcs per design. Printed cartons take 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Design consultation is free and matters here, because the insert is usually the hard part of the dieline rather than the outer box. We send a physical sample before the full run so you can seat the actual device and check the fit. Production is in-house at our Seri Kembangan factory in Selangor, with nationwide delivery.
Frequently asked questions
Can you make an insert to hold the device?
Yes. Foam, moulded pulp and die-cut card inserts are all available. Send us the device and we will build the insert around it.
Do you make lift-off lid boxes?
Yes, along with tuck-end and sealed-end constructions. Lift-off lids are the usual choice when unboxing feel matters.
What is the minimum order?
2,000 pieces per design.
How long from artwork to delivery?
7 to 10 working days after artwork approval, then delivery nationwide from Selangor.
