Custom Food Packaging Boxes for Retail Shelves

A retail food carton (kotak pembungkusan makanan, 食品包装盒) is doing a different job from a takeaway box. It has to survive distribution, stack on a shelf, carry a full ingredient and nutrition panel, and still catch the eye next to competitors. We produce them for packaged snack brands, frozen and chilled food producers, dry goods, condiments and gift sets across Malaysia.

Cartons are made from ISO-certified materials in food-safe grades, usually art card for a smooth print surface or kraft where a more natural look suits the brand. Gloss or matt lamination protects the surface through distribution. Full CMYK custom printing is standard, and the carton can be die-cut with a window, a hanging tab or a tuck-lock closure depending on how it will be displayed.

Minimum order is 2,000 pcs per design. Printed cartons take 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Design consultation is free, which matters here because retail cartons usually need a proper dieline with bleed, barcode placement and panel planning rather than just a logo drop. We send a physical sample before the run, print and finish in-house at our Seri Kembangan factory in Selangor, and deliver nationwide.
