Custom Printed Burger Boxes and Clamshells
A burger box (kotak burger, 汉堡盒) has one job that is harder than it looks: hold a stacked burger upright, let steam escape so the bun does not go soggy, and survive a motorcycle delivery bag. We supply clamshell and tuck-top burger boxes to independent burger joints, franchise chains, food trucks and delivery-only kitchens throughout Malaysia.
Standard construction is food-safe corrugated or kraft board, which gives a tall burger the rigidity it needs. Board weight is chosen around your burger size. We offer plain stock boxes as well as full CMYK custom printing, and most burger brands go with a strong one or two colour logo print on kraft, which reads well and keeps the unit cost sensible.
Minimum order is 2,000 pcs per design. Printed boxes ship 7 to 10 working days after artwork approval. Design consultation is free and we send a physical sample before committing the full run, so you can put a real burger in a real box and check the fit. All production runs on our own printing and finishing machinery at our Selangor factory, with delivery nationwide.

Will the box hold a tall double burger?
Tell us the stack height and we will size the clamshell to it. We send a sample first so you can test the fit before the full run.
Can I print on kraft board?
Yes. Kraft takes print well and is a popular choice for burger brands. Bold one or two colour logos read best on a kraft surface.
How long from artwork to delivery?
7 to 10 working days after you approve the artwork, then delivery from our Seri Kembangan factory.
