Custom Printed Egg Tart Boxes
An egg tart box (kotak tart telur, 蛋挞盒) has to hold small, fragile items steady so they arrive intact rather than sliding into each other. We produce them for Chinese and Portuguese bakeries, dim sum restaurants, cafes and dessert delivery brands across Malaysia.
Boxes are made from food-safe board with the grease resistance that buttery pastry needs. Common formats are 4, 6 and 12 count, and inserts or scored compartments can be added to keep each tart in place in transit. White card is the usual choice for a clean bakery look, kraft for a more traditional feel. A die-cut window on the lid is available, and full CMYK custom printing can run across the lid and sides.
Minimum order is 2,000 pcs per size and design. Printed boxes take 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval, with plain stock faster. Design consultation is free and we send a sample before the full run so you can load real tarts and check they hold position. All printing and finishing is done on our own machinery at our Seri Kembangan factory in Selangor, with nationwide delivery.

Yes. Scored compartments or separate inserts can be added to hold each tart in position during transit.
What counts do you make?
4, 6 and 12 are the common formats. Other counts can be cut as a custom dieline.
Will the board resist grease from the pastry?
Yes, we use food-safe board with grease resistance matched to buttery pastry. Tell us your product and we will confirm the grade.
